fruit lasts longer
I have only used once but.... I bought 2 packs of strawberries last week. I put them in the produce saver and actually forgot they were in the fridge. I got the container out this morning and they were just as good as they were the day I bought them. I was so surprised! I am waiting to get the 8pc pack of produce savers. With the prices of food these days I am glad to find something that can help make fruits and veggies last longer.

July 7,update to June13 review:
These are wonderful, I just went to make myself a taco salad for lunch and got my container that has the vine and grape tomatoes out. I bought these tomatoes just over 2 weeks ago, they are still good!! They haven't started getting that pruney look to them. I can't believe how much longer my produce is lasting.

the produce savers are great. my vegetables last down to the last piece.
havent had to throw away anything. the large 14 cup containers will hold an entire cut up head of cauliflower or approximately 2 heads of broccoli cut up. i highly recommend this product.

Great Mother's Day gift
Mother's Day gift that mom loved. She eats lots of fresh produce, but would have trouble storing it for longer than a day or two. This container, and the different sizes like it, were perfect for her. She said she was going to the store to buy more.
