Francesco and Daisy are two of the world s leading Qiqong and mind-body health experts. Francesco is an author and Emmy award winning TV producer. REJUVENATE!
This is a terrific routine which leaves me feeling energized and rejuvenated! My only criticism is that the sound track of the video is a little "out of sync" in a few places, however once I became comfortable with the movements I was able to mute the video to remove the confusion.
