Good episode of Lidia's Italy!
I purchased this DVD because I really enjoyed this episode of Lidia's Italy. She goes to Palermo and mentions the different cultural influences on Sicily. Scenes are shown of Palermo and she then visits Palermo's Vucciria market. Great scenes of Sicily and Sicilians. She also shows you how to make calamari the way her friend, Manfreddi, who is from Palermo, makes it. I definitely recommend this DVD if you are a true Sicilophile or just want to learn a little bit about Sicilian culture.
