Looks nice easy to install
This knob looks nice and was easy to install. What I liked the best was you can key in your old key with this lock, so you don't have to get all new keys. The smart key feature comes with the knob and it was easy to
re-key the lock. I only wish they would make it in antique brass. The
re-key feature is next to the key hole, this isn't clear in the directions, don't use the key hole and try to re-key it. It also won't tarnish; it comes with a lifetime anti-tarnish warranty.

Awsome
This product is everything the ads say it is. I have a duplex and have to change keys whenever a new tenant moves in. Thought I'd try the Smart Key and am so glad I did. It costs more to have the locks rekeyed than the new units did. Now rekeying is a matter of having three keys of the same type (one for me) and 5 seconds with the Smart Key. Thanks Kwikset and thanks Amazon!

Great Indoors
I recently noticed how vulnerable I was to burglary: My two roommates and a relative all have keys and are coming and going fairly regularly, sometimes leaving our front and back doors unlocked or completely open. One of them is usually babysitting a child here as well. I decided I wanted an extra layer of security for my bedroom, and I wanted something I could lock while I was gone--not a typical keyless "privacy lock" knob--so I ordered this keyed doorknob.

I've never installed a doorknob before, or even seen the insides of one, but it was fairly straightforward. It took me about 45 minutes to have the door working perfectly. It came with two keys that already work with the lock, so that saved me some money and a trip to the hardware store.

I didn't end up needing to use the SmartKey feature thanks to the included keys, but I recommend this doorknob to anyone who wants a keyed lock for their bedroom.
