Skip the loading stage...
I did notice some nice gains, but not the gains promised, but that aside it also caused stomach cramping and diarrea for me and I do not have a sensitive stomach by any-means. I ended up having to cut my dosage in half. This IS some potent stuff!!!

I have tried the grape and the orange flavors and I prefer the grape. The orange is more of a "orange ice cream" or "orange creamsicle" flavor. The grape is cool and refreshing, taste alot like grape cool-aid.


UPDATE: The stomach problems I believe were only from the "loading stage" and now I have been using this product with MuscleTech's HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE and I have noticed the best results in my life( I, for the life of me DO NOT understand why people rip on Hydroxycut so much, if you follow the directions and don't be an IDIOT and down 10 pills at once you would'nt have adverse health effects, I have found it to be THE BEST fat loss pill I have EVER tried and I only take 4 pills a day -never even had to go to 6 a day 4 was enough for me). I have lost fat and have noticed a gain in muscle size and definition(no, not the gains advertised, but better gains/results than I've had with any other creatine mix or product stack). With results like this I had to see how good MuscleTech's protien "Nitro-Tech" works so I just ordered some the other day and cannot wait to review that product as well.

A good product if you think you have reached a plateau
I'm a college student in my early twenties, and before using this product I found it incredibly hard to gain more muscle mass. I am about six feet in height, and weighed around 160 before I started using the product.

After purchasing the creatine based on recommendation from a friend, I immediately felt energized in my workouts, and was able to jump weights a lot faster than I had previously over the course of a few months. Before, I would get tired too quickly, and be stuck at the same number of reps at the same weight amount. Since I started using this product, I've gained about twenty pounds in muscle, and people have mentioned that it is very noticeable. Despite claims that this product doesn't give you energy, I've found myself with a lot more energy throughout the day too.

Before using this product, I would take protein shakes, but they didn't have nearly as wonderful of an effect as the creatine. Go figure.

Not only that, but the drinks taste great! I often look forward to a nice refreshing glass of fruit punch after my workout, but drinking lots of water with it is imperative. There have been times when I didn't drink enough water and I felt like passing out.

I would personally highly recommend this product, especially if you have hit a plateau and seem too tired to continue your workouts.

Cell tech hard core worked quite well in getting the results that I hoped for. It didnt get me as big as the heading on the product said but it improved my stamina alot and increased my bench more than I thought. Overall it was a good product and will purchase again. Note: make sure you dring alot of water when using.
