Good DVD Burner
A very good burner. Everything works well. The Software works, it burns DVD's very quickly, LightScribe works well if you have the time. It takes about 20 min to burn a LightScribe cover.

Have burned over 100 disks with only one failure. My guess it was a faulty DVD.

Had a problem with software to burn LightScribe. Got thru to Tech Help, (an actual english speaking human). The were excellent at helping resolve the problem. Only took about 15 minutes.

Well-built & easy to use
As with other LaCie products, the USP Lightscribe external hard drive is very solid and easy to use. They are well worth the price.

Poor Markeing
I had to return this product because I assumed it was for the Mac.
It wasn't. ireturned this item almost a month ago and I've yet to
receive credit. Not too happy.
