This charger is nifty!
I remember when I was in the process of ordering this charging pod I had read a review from a guy who was complaining about the gray color looking pink. At first I thought he was crazy but when I got mine, that was the first thing I looked for, haha.
It definitely does have a very light pink touch to it but it is so minimal you will hardly notice it... maybe that guy and I are just crazy, haha.

The performance is great, however! You connect your wall charger to the back of the dock, and place your blackberry in a stand-up position and it starts to charge! It really is quite simple and looks every so stylish. I love it.

There is no light different to tell you it is done charging, but that is the only complaint I have for this charging pod. :)

Great product, but limited for some users
This is a wonderful product. It charges even faster than via the USB port (I think it's because you are connecting more directly to the battery and if you think about where the battery is located this kind of makes sense...but what do I know? I tested it empirically and I know it's faster on the pod.) I loved using the one for the Curve (8330) so I knew I had to buy one for my Pearl.

However, if you use an Invisible Shield (by Zagg) like I do then it makes the device JUST so thick (ever so slightly) that it won't touch the charging points. So, not to worry, just buy the one for the Curve, and you're good to go. I've mailed this one to my friend who uses a Pearl without an Invisible Shield so it doesn't totally go to waste.

Works
Works fine. Hooked it up to my usb cable and it charges just fine. Contrary to the description, this will not work for syncing. Works well as a charger though.
