Editorial Reviews

Album Description
* Dani Wilde is a bright new star, and this album ROCKS! If you like '60s and '70s Motown & Stax, you will love this CD from a unique, versatile guitarist/vocalist!

"She releases a sort of diesel roar from her throat, pierced with little darts of high falsetto. It is like two voices. She sings the old twelve bar blues `I'm In The Mood,' whooping and slurring like an old boy from the Delta. The place goes mad, as if it can't quite believe what it's heard." -- The Times

Customer Reviews

Very good and very promising4
Dani Wilde is a young British blues guitarist and singer. She plays mostly electric guitars with a few songs with acoustic and she is a first rate blues guitarist. Her vocals and style are very reminiscent of Susan Tedeschi, which is a good thing. In this short 40 minute debut set, most of the songs are originals with a few well chosen blues covers. This is a really talented and exciting new artist. Being the first to review this is nice and I hope others spread the good word.
One note- 2 of the songs do have explicit language so you may want to keep it away from young ears. 4.5 stars here and a great debut.

Great Blues Album5
Do you like/love the blues?? Are you a fan of Susan Tedeschi??? Get this album, you won't be sorry. There is not a filler track on the album. There are so many great tracks that I can't begin to pick a favorite but the CD is is definately in my all time top 10!!!!
