This is a reconditioned power tool. Reconditioned generally means that the tool has been returned to the manufacturer, who brings the tool back to like new conditions. Some tools may contain cosmetic blemishes. This 7-1/4-inch circular saw features a 10 amp motor that produces 2.3 hp and a no-load rpm of 4,600. Will cut 2-7/16 inches at 90 degrees and 1-15/16 inches at 45 degrees. Built-in scales and cutting guide provide accurate cutting each time. Features textured front and rear handles for a safe grip. Weighs 9.6 pounds and uses a 6-foot, 2-wire power cord. Includes a 7-1/4-inch combination blade and blade wrench, which stows in the foot.

It arrived shortly after I ordered it, in excellent condition in originall packaging. It came with a certificate that it was hand inspected and refurbished. It was actually cheaper than buying one from the store, shipping included
