This stand is the perfect accessory to the new Powermatic 701 Benchtop Mortiser 1791310 which features an in-line depth stop which allows the user to stop at preset depths without racking the mortiser bit to the base.

Powermatic Mortiser Stand
The stand that is designed for the Powermatic bench top mortiser is sturdy and accomodates the machine very well. The stand could be a little taller, which would make it a bit easier to adjust the mortising setup.
