No worries
This is a quality product from reputable company. I am well satisfied with this cordless drill. It is the second from this company as I wanted to have additional batteries for both drills. It may be reconditioned, but it came to me in very good condition.

NICE WELL BALANCED DRILL
I bought the reconditioned drill, first one would not charge the batteries, they DID replace it took care of everything (IE:shipping, pickup etc.) the second one was good EXCEPT one battery fully charged would only drill a half dozen 1/4 "holes in wood. so this time they shipped a new battery from RIDGID, works perfect now. The bag, drill, charger etc all looked like new. It works very well and I'm happy with it I only hope these batteries don't continue to be a problem.

Good drill for the money
I am just a weekend construction guy but wanted a solid, reliable drill without paying $200 or more. I took a chance on this rebuilt Rigid and am happy with it so far. The drill and bag looked like new. One of the batteries were bad on arrival but after a hassle free call to CPO, I had a new one in a week. That was nice. A completely used up battery charges in less then 30 minutes, nice also. Drill and batteries are fine after completing a pretty large deck job. Very nice drill for the money and good service too. I recommend.
