SOLID BREAKOUT CD FROM THE SLIGH GUY
This is a nicely produced and packaged CD that shows off Chris' voice, writing and arrangements. The CD makes a great gift for anyone aged 10 to 70!
I just saw Chris and his touring band in concert, After two-hours, I was exhausted just having heard him pour out his heart in virtually every tune he sang. . .this new release should put Chris into the spotlight. . .please support Chris by buying this CD.
Great CD
I bought this CD out of curiosity but I am thrilled with the music. Chris Sligh is immensely talented. He wrote all the songs on this CD. I don't think American Idol did him justice. His voice is strong and the arrangements are great. My personal favorite on the CD is "In a Moment". I think it could be a crossover hit for him. I hope to hear more from Chris. I would like to see him do a secular album also. He can really sing.
Excellent vocals for a frizzy haired fat kid
I'm not trying to be disrespectful. This guy has a marvelous voice.
I am, however impressed with the vocals in spite of the fact that he was selected for American Idol.
On the show i really liked his tone, his voice, his range. He always did a great job and i was sorry to see him go.
i think we all agree Chris wasn't going to win American Idol--the judges would have taken care of that because he doesn't fit in the "box".
However we can all thank American Idol for introducing us and the world to his fabulous talent.
