Replaced my Compaq 2100 laptop DVD/CD drive with this Samsung Sn-S082. It replaced my original Quanta SBW-241 drive perfectly. This drive does come with Nero software, which wasn't mentioned in Amazons description, that works flawlessly. Should have replaced the old SBW-241 drive years ago.

Amazon shipped the wrong item twice!!1
I ordered this DVD burner, and paid for a DVD burner, but received a plain CD-rom drive. I returned it, and they sent me another plain CD-rom drive. On March 03, 2009, I returned the second wrong item, and have not heard anymore about it. After 8 days, they should have received this and credited my account.

To make matters worse, I cannot find anywhere to ask questions, or contact anyone about returns, other than here!
