I thought this was detestable!
The entire DVD (after the nice young lady speaking for a few minutes) was a montage of graphic, explicit and horrific pictures, in technicolor, the effects from smoking. I quit myself just over a month ago, and these atrocious pictures burned into my brain almost have me lighting up once more from the sheer shock of it.
Sorry, I just can't see the benefits of this DVD for quitting the nicotine habit.
