Customer Reviews
A delightful surprise
The soundtrack for the 2005 film, Neverwas, only recently released, is a welcome addition to the Philip Glass recorded catalogue. The music is varied, melodic and generally delightful, closely related in style to the Oscar-nominated score for The Hours. The film, despite its stellar cast, is not up to the same standard, but it is worth renting to see what the music describes, as Glass always tunes his film music very closely to the action it accompanies.
