expertly roasted, not incinerated
First things first:this is NOT an espresso roast coffee and the word espresso doesn't appear anywhere on the packaging. It's somewhere between city and full city roast and makes an excellent, full-bodied cup of drip coffee without a hint of any charred/burnt taste. This is Lavazza's premier quality coffee and never fails to elicit admiring inquiries when served to guests.

good flavor
I normally like a much darker and oilier bean but this has a great, mellow(in my book), almost chocolaty flavor...

Real Italian espresso.
This is real Italian espresso ,the best you can find on the market. If you have an espresso machine and know how to use it then you got it made...Rich flavor and sweet at the same time ...I've known this product all my life growing in italy ...Excellent ...The very best.
