Very handy "format"
I love these canisters of Matzo Meal. I use this stuff year round, to bulk up meatloaf, to make chicken soup when someone is sick, and in place of crumbs on fried fish. It's handy to have a container that can be easily opened and then closed with the plastic lid and stored. The unused meal says safe and dry until I need it.

Not kosher for Passover, but great for the rest of the year.

I am having a harder and harder time finding this product in the stores where I live. I bought a case and use it for everything. Well, almost everything. Well, at least things that require Matzo meal.
