Fun show to watch with your daughter!
My daughter loved Anne of Green Gables so we gave this show a try. I really enjoyed watching each show with her. The only downside to this would be the mystical aspect. Emily has visions of the dead and can communicate with them. It is rather strange and sometimes eerie. Other than that, she has a lot of spunk like Anne did, but she is definitely not a people pleaser. I did have my husband and son watch for one show and they didn't seem to enjoy it. This is definitely not a timeless masterpiece like Anne of Green Gables is; however it is highly enjoyable. We are looking forward to the release of Season 2.

Beautiful cinematography & music
This is a story of how an orphan is raised not only by softening the hearts and improving the circumstances around her but by her lively imagination and relationship with the spirit world...delightful drama.
