A gay whore's workday includes mummification, gang rape, and sex with an amputee's stump--and those are the wholesome parts. Everything about this film is gratuitous, including the film itself.

The urban legend about the origin of AIDS could have made for a great paranoid thriller, but clumsy editing, dull performances, cheap production, and really dumb script ruin it. ZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!

Praised as a historical, art-house classic, this silent film is artificial, pretentious, and monotonous. Imagine being trapped in a tunnel of love with a mannequin on extasy after closing hours.
