Vic Morrow died instantly July 23, 1982 during filming of "Twilight Zone: The Movie" in Indian Dunes, Ventura County. The blades of the falling helicopter decapitated him. Age: 53. Daughter is actress, Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Renee Shin-Yi Chen passed away July 23, 1982 filming a scene with Vic Morrow and Myca Dihn Le. The skid of the falling helicopter crushed the child who was hired illegally.

Her co-worker actor friend, David Packer, who was inside the house at the time, called police to try to save her life. Taken off life support 5 days later.
