	Authentic Music Of The American Indian [CD on Demand] by Various Indian Tribes Buy new: $12.00 / Used from: $4.87 A dark, primal beauty permeates these woefully-short selections which nevertheless do their job of inciting joy, fear, and awe.
	Blow Boys Blow by Ewan MacColl Buy used from: $5.80 Tougher than rock, and often-times a helluva lot more fun. Genuine sea shanties sung by guys who have sailed all their lives; just listening I can smell the sea, the whiskey, the blood... a favorite.
	Nancarrow: Studies for Player Piano (arranged for chamber orchestra); Tango?; Toccata; Piece No. 2 for Small Orchestra; Trio No. 1; Sarabande and Scherzo Buy used from: $7.85 It drives some of my friends crazy, but I find the endlessly rotating rythms and counter-rythms quite soothing. I detect a note of humor in these pieces, but it may just be me. Hear the original too.
	Moondog Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $5.69 This guy's beautiful! Blind street musician in a Viking costume makes good and heads to Europe, where he composes an 8-hour canon. What a great story!!! And the music's just as great!!!
	Oh Me Oh My... by Devendra Banhart Buy new: $15.98 / Used from: $6.98 This guy is amazing. There's nothing more one can say after hearing this album. If you hear it and don't have the same reaction, my advice is to try Prozac.
	Rushes by The Fireman Buy used from: $99.94 You'd never guess who this really is, and in case you don't know, I won't write it down here. You'll be surprised, maybe even shocked, if and when you find out.
	Four Walls Buy used from: $5.99 Breathtakingly simple, shatteringly quiet, and austerely tragic, this early commission from Cage is great, if a bit out of step with his later stuff.
	Phuket a La Bum Bum by Ass Baboons of Venus Buy used from: $11.99 Any band with a name like this deserves recognition. This is not the album I own, but that one is not available here; this should suffice. I trust it's every bit as wonderful as the one I own.
	A Zed And Two Noughts: Original Music From The Film By Peter Greenaway by Michael Nyman Buy used from: $3.70 By turns graceful, sardonic, witty, and downright insane, Michael Nyman's most outrageous Greenaway score plays like more accessible Philip Glass. Mathematic in its precision, but never inhumanly so.
	Philosophy of the World by The Shaggs Buy new: $7.99 / Used from: $3.68 At first listen, just a band that very badly needs to rehearse. After that, you begin to notice strange patterns in the music; were these intended? Probably not... but it's fascinating nonetheless.
