My girls (ages 5 & 7) LOVE watching this DVD while wearing their tutus, twirling around our livingroom. In the DVD a fairy princess takes a group of adorable kids to see "Swan Lake" which is cleaverly abbreviated and narrated. Between acts they come home and in a fun montage learn about ballet from students at the New York City Ballet School.

My kids jump around the house singing about punctuations, the pre-amble to the constitution and much more. It's great fun for me and my husband as well, since we remember all these songs from when these shorts were on TV when we were kids in the 70s and 80s.

Educational, beautiful, great for little kids 3-6 years old. Madeline is a classic that will always be fresh, sweet, nurting, strong and most importantly fun. It's quiet nature makes for good calming down effect when you need your kids to take it down a notch.

If your kids love heavy machinery they will love this DVD. My 3 year old son really really loves anything with wheels, gears, dirt, and in anyway associated with digging or farms. This is a fun DVD that the whole family will find amusing, entertaining, and educational. Anyway it's great fun for those who dig digging.
