We read this book during my unit on ocean/sea creatures. This year I called it "Splash!" This was our first week back to preschool and I had a bulletin board that said, "Welcome to our School" with a picture of each child and their name on a fish swimming together in a school. It was so cute!

This is a great story to read for lots of different themes and concepts. I like it for animal babies and rhyming words. This is one of the kids' favorites that we read just because.

This book is so nicely illustrated and simple. It teachs manner words so well! I am going to read it to the children during "Birthday" week. Hopefully the children will learn what to say when they receive a gift-thank you!

I read this at our orientation while the mothers are at school with their kids. I have the hardest time not getting a tear in my eye as I finish the last couple of pages. Then we do fun activities that go along with the story. Everyone leaves feeling excited about the first day of preschool.

This is a great book for helping the children to learn about developing talents. We all have something special we can do.

This is a fun simple book to teach the days of the week involving a very mischievious kitten. The kids love it and are always rolling with laughter. We end up reading it a couple of times.

They love this one! It goes well with a pets theme or just for anytime. Its a favorite!

This is another fun participation story. The children love to say, "Jump Frog, Jump" every other page and then at the end whisper, "Jump frog, jump". Its great fun!
