This is plain and simple the reason I started to listen and to like country music. The combination of county/pop songs with more classic sounding country bridged the gap for me.

I had never heard of Sara Evans until I saw the video for "Born to Fly" and I said..."Wow, who is that?" Then I saw the video for "Could not ask for more" and I was hooked. In fact this CD is very solid from front to back.

K. Urban says that Brad is the best guitarist in country music...high praise coming from the source. This is the CD that got me hooked on B.P. "Two people fell in love" is one of my all time favorite country songs.

I think this is the best CD R.F. have put out to date. From "Feels like today," to "Bless the broken road," to "Fast cars and freedom" ending with the hidden track "Skin" that went on to be a mojor hit.

The gals get knocked as "Dixie Chicks Lite" but they are under-appreciated singers and song-writers..writing most of their own stuff. This is my favorite cd from them..."Don't worry bout a thing" is my favorite Daisy tune.

This offering blew RF into the mainstream. "These Days" is my favorite Flatts tune. There is also the title track, "Mayberry" and "Love you out loud" among the highlights.

I remember when the video for "She's a Wild One" blew up. A great voice in a package to compete with Shania for the title of Queen of Country.

Maybe the only CD in recent country history that could take on "Come on Over" as king of the hill. The disc doesn't go more than one song without getting to another chart topper.

Again here, I am not a die hard fan, but I am very fond of many of their songs. This is a good representation of their work. Many chart toppers...my favorite is "She couldn't change me."

Just another amazing CD from one of premier singer/songwriter/musicians out there. I think this might be his best album to date. Love the song "Ain't nothin like."

This is an amazing CD from a talented group that was ignored for reasons that have nothing to do with music. This is a fantastic collection of songs that the music industry as a whole recognized...allowing the chicks to thumb their nose at the C.M. establishment. They don't need them anymore.

"Kerosene" was her big break, but the follow up CD is sensational. Miranda is very underrated. This is traditional sounding country with an edge!

I am going to cheat here and put Tim's two greatest hits packages on my list. I love some of his songs, but am not a big enough fan to go through his entire catalog like I would for someone like Garth. Solid stuff on these Cd's

If you someohow have never heard of GB or were too young when he ruled music. Buy this compilation. If you get the chance, see him live...Springsteen is the only one better on the stage.

Another GH compilation. There are some very catchy tunes on this CD. The song that got me listening to Jo Dee was when I saw the video for "That's the Way"

This was the big breakthrough for Kenny Chesney. It is loaded with hits. "Young" is my favorite song on the CD.
