Buy new: $22.99 / Used from: $3.06 Amazing film. Very poignant and just great imaging. I like how del Torro takes us bad to troublesome times in Spain's history. I think this has a lot of similarities with "Devil's Backbone" but find this to be the more superior film.

Buy used from: $17.25 A difficult movie to get. I actually bought a French version that unfortunately came without subtitles and I'm barely fluent in English so that didn't work out so well. Great movie, very well woven and it's easy to see how it launched Bellucci's career.

Glad to see they released a better version on dvd as I have a screener, because I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for the Criterion version that doesn't have any real benefits.

Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $3.65 I love this movie. It doesn't know what it wants to be, but I think that is what makes it so much fun to watch. Running it off of the true story of a monster that was killing peasants and weaving in a story that creates off of that was fun.
