Set in the "no future years" of Thatcherite Britian, we see the loss of innocence in a child and in the working class social movement of skinheads as rightest political elements begin to destroy and overtake what was a racial diverse social movement.

This is an excellent documentary about the Hardcore seen in the U.S. in the 80s. The film shows what was going on with punk after the media turned away and a true underground movement occured. No such true underground social movement has occured since as Hardcore was either unwilling or unable to be quickly be commercialized.

Not a great film but this is the only films about Soccer Hoolies ever attempted to be put into the U.S market.
