Again, another must have if you're left to learn most of the law on your own. This book is probably one of the largest and most thorogh of the series (not as burdensome as the Civ Pro book). It definitely is helpful.

Future interests giving you the blues? This book will help you understand everything you missed in class, which prossibly could be everything. I'm not a big "Crunchtime" proponent, but I am for Property and Contracts.
Constitutional Law: Principles And Policies (Introduction to Law Series)Constitutional Law: Principles And Policies (Introduction to Law Series) by Erwin Chemerinsky

Best book on Con Law. Chemerinsky lectures Con Law for Bar-Bri and I think teaches the subject at USC. You can't get better than this. Definitely a must-have for the Con Law student!
Remedies in a Nutshell (In a Nutshell (West Publishing))Remedies in a Nutshell (In a Nutshell (West Publishing)) by William Murray Tabb
Buy new: $33.00 / Used from: $18.25
I totally clashed w/ my Remedies professor, so it was no surprise when dead week rolled around and I was only mad at myself for spending all of his class time on the internet. This book helped me get the nuts and bolts down and it was a helpful resources for quick, rememorable rule statements for the bar exam. I highly recommend it.
