![]() | Kiss by Kiss
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $4.46 Their first album. It is raw and features a lot of classic Kiss songs still performed today in concert. Nothin' to Lose, Firehouse, Cold Gin, Deuce, 100,000 Years and my favorite Black Diamond.
![]() | Hotter Than Hell by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $4.47 The follow up album really rocks with Parasite, Hotter than Hell and Let me Go Rock N Roll. Some nice lower key tunes like Goin Blind and Comin Home.
![]() | Dressed to Kill by Kiss
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $2.73 Though it has the classic Rock and Roll all Night, it would be the Alive version that would make them famous. Rock Bottom and C'Mone and Love Me also really good songs.
![]() | Alive! Box Set by Kiss
Buy new: $35.99 / Used from: $24.45 I would get the box set over the individual cds since this is the only way to get the millennium concert cd. The original Alive started it all. The second Alive was great as well and it also contain 5 studio songs, the most well known being Rocket Ride. The third Alive is with Bruce Kulick and Eric Singer sans makeup. The millennium is the original line up back in make up in Vancouver.
![]() | Destroyer by Kiss
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $2.95 Considered by many to be the best Kiss album, it contains the biggest Kiss single ever in Beth. It also has the classic God of Thunder, Shout it Out Loud and King of the Night Time World.
![]() | Rock and Roll Over by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $3.55 I really like this album. It has my favorite Peter Criss song in Hard Luck Woman and a good Paul song in I Want You and a classic Gene song in Calling Dr. Love.
![]() | Love Gun by Kiss
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $4.52 The Last of the classic 6 studio albums before the band began to splinter. This album has the first Ace lead singing in Shock Me. I Stole Your Love, Christine Sixteen, Tomorrow and Tonight, Love Gun, Hooligan, Plaster Caster are all Kiss classics.
![]() | Gene Simmons by Gene Simmons
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $4.98 Gene had the most experimental album. My favorite songs being Radioactive and See You Tonite. This album is a who's who of music at the time.
![]() | Ace Frehley by Ace Frehley
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $3.74 The surprise best selling album of the 4. The album really rocks. Ace scored a hit with his remake of New York Groove and a classic rock song in Rip it Out.
![]() | Paul Stanley by Paul Stanley
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $3.85 Paul's album was the most Kiss like. I enjoyed Love in Chains, It's Alright, Tonight You Belong to Me and Wouldn't You like to Know me.
![]() | Peter Criss by Peter Criss
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $4.43 Peter's album show his jazz/blues roots. His songs lean toward ballads and softer stuff. I like You Matter to Me and his remake of Tossin and Turnin.
![]() | Dynasty by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $4.36 This album is the first to show the cracks in the band. Peter began to drift away and it began to affect the band. Kiss scored a disco hit with I Was Made for Loving You. I also really like the Ace rendition of 2000 Man.
![]() | Unmasked by Kiss
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $4.40 More pop than rock, this album has the most input from Ace in terms of songs with 3. Maybe because Peter had effectively left the group at this point to be replace by the Fox Eric Carr. I like Shandi, Talk to Me and Two Sides of the Coin.
![]() | Music from "The Elder" by Kiss
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $4.64 The concept album that people either love or hate. I think it is an interesting album, but other than Ace's Dark Light, it really doesn't have any classics for me. Ace did not like the album and wanted to stay with their rock and roll roots. This was the beginning of the end for his time with the group.
![]() | Killers by Kiss
Buy new: $22.99 / Used from: $9.65 This Japanese best of album has 4 original songs that the group worked on before discarding to do The Elder. I think the 4 songs rock and love I'm a Legend Tonight and Nowhere to Run.
![]() | Creatures of the Night by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $5.19 Kiss gets back to rock in a big way. Ace has no input with this one and is basically gone. I love it Loud and Creatures of the Night are classics.
![]() | Lick It Up by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $4.00 Ace is gone, Vinnie Vincent is in. The make up is also gone, but Kiss is still rocking hard. Vinnie appeared briefly in concert in make up as the Warrior. Lick is Up is the most well known song on the album, but I also like A Million to One and Exciter.
![]() | Animalize by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $3.99 The groups biggest album from the 80's with the huge hit Heaven's on Fire. Not my favorite album
![]() | Asylum by Kiss
Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $4.47 I think this is an under rated album. It has the hit song Tears are Falling along with some good tunes in Who Wants to Be Lonely and Uh! All Night.
![]() | Crazy Nights by Kiss
Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $3.71 Hit album with synthesizers and keyboards. Crazy, Crazy Nights is a decent song, I just care much for the album as a whole.
![]() | Hot in the Shade by Kiss
Buy new: $11.98 / Used from: $3.14 Noteworthy for the first Eric Carr vocal in Little Caesar and the huge hit Forever.
![]() | Revenge by Kiss
Buy new: $13.98 / Used from: $3.10 After the death of Eric Carr, Eric Singer is brought in and Kiss really rocks again. This is the hardest album since Creatures of the Night. Some great songs in Unholy, Domino and the remake of God Gave Rock and Roll to You. Alive 3 followed this album.
![]() | MTV Unplugged by Kiss
Buy new: $17.98 / Used from: $0.95 Fantastic set with the Kulick and Singer line up with Ace and Peter coming out at the end for a few songs. This is the beginning of the return of classic Kiss.
![]() | Carnival of Souls: The Final Sessions by Kiss
Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $1.49 This is the album Kiss was working on before the unplugged session got them on the reunion kick. This is really hard and has a song sung by Kulick. My favorite is Childhood's End by Gene.
![]() | Psycho Circus by Kiss
Buy used from: $1.98 They were really trying for another Destroyer on this one. It is a good album with some really good songs. There seems to only be minimal Peter and Ace though. If you get the Japanese version, you get an extra Ace song In Your Face.
![]() | Symphony: Alive IV by Kiss
Buy new: $22.99 / Used from: $4.50 A nice live album done with a symphony in the back round. Nice to hear some songs like Shandi not on other live albums released. Make sure you get the 2 cd set.
![]() | Smashes, Thrashes & Hits by Kiss
Buy new: $13.98 / Used from: $0.90 Mainly a best of album, though the songs have been altered slightly and updated. Noteworthy for the inclusion of 2 news songs which I don't like.
![]() | Double Platinum by Kiss
Buy new: $16.99 / Used from: $4.34 Really a terrific best of album worth picking up for the updated version of Strutter.
![]() | You Wanted the Best You Got the Best by Kiss
Buy used from: $0.39 Basically a best of the Alive albums but worth picking up for the inclusion of unreleased live material.
![]() | Kiss by Kiss
Buy new: $67.49 / Used from: $38.99 Mostly a best of from the group's entire career. A number of interesting demos and alternate takes of songs. Also unreleased live material included. Kiss has also released a number of other best ofs, but none of them contain anything new. Going further, all of the original band members have released solo albums with some good tunes to be had, especially with Ace. Hope this helps.
