![]() | The Blue Lotus (The Adventures of Tintin) by Herge
Buy new: $7.91 / Used from: $2.53 This Tintin adventure from 1934 takes place in 1931 but is still the second best Tintin (after Tintin in Tibet) as far as I am concerned. Tintin is fighting Opium gangs in China when Japan invades. Dark, scary, exciting and fun.

![]() | Tintin in Tibet (The Adventures of Tintin) by Herge
Buy new: $7.91 / Used from: $3.38 Tintin in Tibet is my favorite Tintin. Tintin goes to search for a friend believed to have died in a plane crash in the Himalayas. Everyone thinks Tintin is crazy but Tintin believes that his friend is still alive. It is a book about the human spirit, love and loneliness. Touching, thought provoking, and philosophical and still lots of comic fun.

![]() | The Castafiore Emerald (The Adventures of Tintin) by Herge
Buy new: $7.91 / Used from: $3.49 Not really an exciting adventure but still a good one because it is one of the most hilarious ones. This one will really make you laugh. However, until you have read a few Tintin books already you may not appreciate all the jokes fully.
