Flawless and beautiful dialogue drive a piece that is, at times, frustrating and heartbreaking, but never boring. Every word in this movie has a meaning. Give it a shot if you like dialogue driven dramas, but be prepared for some disturbing revelations.

Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $3.54 I have a thing for British movies and humour. This is the perfect pick-me-up when you're feeling down. Ultimately, a movie about friendship and loyalty, it's a winner every time.

Buy new: $6.49 / Used from: $6.25 What an awkward couple Edward Norton and Naomi Watts make. That doesn't change much until the end of the movie when a husband and wife finally fall in love. It is a tragedy, though, and I rate the endling with at least one tussue box. Naomi Watts if superb and, Edward Norton, as usual, continues to be one of the industry's most underrated actors.

 | Star Wars Episode IV - A New Hope (1977 & 2004 Versions, 2-Disc Widescreen Edition)
Buy new: $11.49 / Used from: $7.94 July 13, 1977, The Opera House Theatre in Fort Worth, TX. That's the date I first saw Star Wars. I was 13-years-old and I fully credit this movie with saving me from a life of crime. Well, at least, a summer of boredom. To me, it's still the best. It may look cheesy now, but, when it came out, it was the gold stardard.

Buy new: $28.49 / Used from: $6.63 Any movie that has a Roman Centurian scolding a rebel for conjugating his verbs wrong in his graffiti and makes him re-write it, well, that's just damn funny.

 | The Crying Game (Collector's Edition)
Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $5.94 Yes, I knew the surprise ending when I saw the film in the theatre. I didn't care. I find it oddly touching and love Stephen Rea's subdued performance as Jimmy. Again, I find a theme of loyalty. Plus, Forest Whitaker makes you fall in love with his character. It's unfortunate what happens to him.

Buy used from: $2.28 Disjointed at best. That works here, though. I can't imagine anything more horrific than being a soldier. Vincent D'onofrio's performance of a disturbed misfit is superb.

Buy new: $7.99 / Used from: $2.35 Wanna confuse young students? Just tell them Klaatu, Barata Nikto and watch them squirm. One of the best anti-war movies ever made. Plus, it's just damned good fun to say Klaatu, Barata Nikto and see who you might meet.

Buy new: $8.49 / Used from: $4.50 The first one, although the SFX in the new version are awesome. This one still manages to scare me with the creepy noise the Martian's make and the all seeing "eye" scene.
