Buy new: $29.99 I saw this because I was nervous to move away from an actor that I already knew and loved. It introduced me to Rani Mukerjee (she's amazing!) and Amitabh Bachchan who is now one of my very favorite actors.

Buy new: $16.00 This movie is the source of much disagreement in my house. My sister and my cousins thought it was fun. I will never ever watch it again. It was dumb, and none of the songs were memorable.

 | Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke
Another movie which is debatable in my house. I liked it. I thought it was cute. The title song is pretty catchy. However, my family refers to this one as "the bare-bum one". There's a boy in it who runs around with no pants on after using the bathroom, and Abhishek cleans him off with a hose. That part is weird and awful. But I liked the rest of it.

Buy new: $31.49 / Used from: $20.00 I loved this one! Not only is it beautiful, but the love story is so sweet and adorable. Akbar is the Muslim emperor(played by really attractive Hrithik Roshan with several thumbs too many) Jodhaa is his Hindu princess. Their love transcends religious hatred and is too too wonderful. Oh man! I must watch this again!

Not one of my favorites. It's beautiful, and the love is sweet, but it does not have a happy ending. I don't believe in movies that don't have happy endings. Usually Bollywood doesn't disappoint, but in this case, the ending is so painful and unsatisfying. The rest is really quite good, though.

Buy new: $16.00 / Used from: $7.65 This one was cute. Diya falls for Arjun, who doesn't really care who he marries as he doesn't really believe in love. 'Uncle' (Amitabh Bachchan) creates a plan to bring them together. It's bollywood, so... it works, of course. You'll love Amitabh Bachchan in this! "C'mon Charlie!"

This movie has better music than any other Bollywood movie ever! The storyline itself is okay. All of the parts with just Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan are FABULOUS, but too much of it is about his business which is deathly boring.

This one we refer to as "the one where they travel across Europe." Shah Rukh Khan falls in love with Kajol almost immediately, but her marriage has been arranged to someone else. Don't worry.. happy ending here too. This one isn't very memorable, though.

Buy new: $14.95 / Used from: $9.90 NOOOOOOOO! If you watch movie, just watch the first 30 or so minutes. Once they're married, quit! Their love story is so sweet, but the entire rest of the movie is spent in bickering and awful moments.

Buy used from: $4.15 Nope. She chooses the wrong guy. (I mean, technically it's the right guy, but he's grotesque and the other guy is really really nice to her.) And the man is horrible horrible. But for the most part it's a pretty fun show.

I. Love. This. Movie. It's probably in my top ten. The music is so much fun. It's not the best show ever, but it just appeals to me. Abhishek and Preity Zinta meet in a trainstation and fall in love. Trouble is: they're both already engaged. And then, the best is that Amitabh Bachchan is running around the train station singing with a strange hat and such.

Buy new: $36.99 / Used from: $15.00 I love it and I hate it. Two couples: neither one much in love. The two troublemakers end up having an affair, so you kind of hate them, but you still want it to end well. I hate that Abhishek Bachchan's heart get's broken. It's a painful tragedy. But it does end correctly, which is important. Also, I don't think this one has any musical numbers... that's strange.

love love love love love love love this movie. The songs are some of my favorites, and the action is fun and fabulous. Hrithik's disguises as he's stealing everything are really cool. and I love the love. Not to mention, you get a really good view of Hrithik's extra thumb. But really, the highlight of this movie is hrithik's mad dance skills.

Rani Mukherjee is one of the first female lawyers and Shahrukh Khan's freedom is her goal. Fabulous movie. The theme is this: Pakistan and India should just be friends.
