Buy used from: $0.01 Jesse Ventura as a 10,000 year old bounty hunter searching for a villan who is trying to find the anti-life equation. For as cheap as this one is to purchase, the laughs to dollar ratio should be very high.

Buy used from: $3.57 This movie actually isn't half as bad as most of the others on this list. Its actually pretty entertaining, if you can get past the ridiculous costumes, acting, and dialouge.

Buy new: $17.99 / Used from: $19.17 This movie is ASTOUNDINGLY BAD, but also hugely entertaining. Olympic gymnist fights for his life in a martial arts tournament using a combination of gymnastics and karate. It is easily one of my favorites.

Buy used from: $64.94 Kind of boring, but just dumb enough to keep your attention. Also follows a very similar plot to Star Wars Episode One in many ways (except this came about 20 years earlier).

 | Project: Shadowchaser 3000 / Night Siege - Project: Shadowchaser 2 (Double Feature)
Buy new: $9.99 / Used from: $5.64 This is a great two pack of horrible entertainment. These movies have that nebulus quality of feeling that they were not made in the US, only used American actors. In fact they probably were, but feel like low budget Canadian movies or something. I highly recommend these for the low price.
