Great film set in the American frontier where Guy Pearce and his encampment have to try to survive a run in with a cannibal who grows stronger the more people he eats. Don't worry, there's no explicit gore, just terrifying suspense and horror.

Definitely not an under watched film but I liked it so much I decided to add it onto the list. Really is the best sci-fi film in a long time. Like the best sci-fi films it uses the science fiction aspect as a background for the story and what we get is a great story.
