This is my all-time favorite SciFi series. This Enterprise crew is the best! The 4 movies after the series are good, but the TV show is better

Buy new: $38.49 / Used from: $19.99 This show is so good even with only 14 episodes (and a movie, Serenity). I would have loved to have seen where Josh Whedon was going with this show. It's still worth the purchase because you will watch it again and again.

 | Stargate SG-1 - Season 9 Boxed Set (Thinpak)
Buy new: $21.99 / Used from: $17.47 I'm not a fan of Richard Dean Anderson, but I was always intrigued by the Stargate concept. My solution? Start with season 9 and the Ori story arc. I was not disappointed. This show is really good and entertaining. Get seasons 9, 10, the Ark of Truth movie (which concludes the Ori story arc) and the Continuum movie for more.

Buy new: $21.99 / Used from: $9.95 Alien conspiracy and paranormal SciFi here. There are two levels to enjoying this show. The overall story arc and the stand-alone monster of the week episodes. Scully and Mulder are classic characters. Get seasons 1-9 and the two theatrical movies.

 | Babylon 5 - The Complete First Season
Buy new: $50.99 / Used from: $15.00 Season 1 is mediocre, but then things really kick into place from there until the end of season 5. A really good story arc, with some good character development. Get the movie collection as well.

 | Crusade - The Complete Series
Buy new: $19.99 / Used from: $19.00 At one time, Amazon had this for just over $12 (at the time of this posting, it's back up to near $50). If the price is below $25, I recommend the purchase. This short lived 13 episode series is the spin-off to Babylon 5. No where near as good as the similarly cancelled Firefly, I still think that given 5 seasons like Babylon 5, it could have been really good.

Buy new: $37.49 / Used from: $23.49 SciFi? Well it's superhero cartoon action and it's the definitive Batman collection (better than the big budget movies). Get all four volumes and movies. Kevin Conroy is the voice of Batman!

 | Lost - The Complete First Season
Buy new: $34.99 / Used from: $13.00 I am anxiously awatiing season 6 of this series. While my theory is that the writers have made up a lot of the story as they go along, it's still been a very enjoyable ride. A complex and well done tv show!
