	Trouble in Paradise - Criterion Collection Buy new: $29.99 / Used from: $22.98 This sparkling precode has beautiful art-deco sets, dazzling costumes, and great acting. My favorite pre-code and one of those rare movies for people who don't like old movies.
	Top Hat Buy new: $5.79 / Used from: $8.49 Every guy in this movie only wears tuxedos for the whole time. And glittery gowns for Ginger Rogers. The essential Astaire/Rogers musical. The musical numbers are fabulously glamourous with the costumes and songs set in an art-deco wonderland!
	The Gay Divorcee Buy new: $5.79 / Used from: $9.49 My favorite Astaire/Rogers musical. it's also overflowing with glittery-ness like TOP HAT with the acting and production values, plus it has that dreamy "Night and Day" dance...seriously one of the most romantic and glamourous moments I've ever seen in a movie.
	The Thin Man (Keepcase) Buy new: $14.99 / Used from: $4.05 A mystery/screwball comedy that's almost impossible not to love. Lighter the book, but more enjoyable because of it. William Powell and Myrna Loy are a high society couple that get mixed up in murder.
	After the Thin Man Buy used from: $3.74 My favorite movie in the "Thin Man" series and also loaded with wit and glitz. Penny Singleton back when she was a brunette (Blondie in the Blondie movies) has a role here as a nightclub singer/murder suspect.
	The Affairs of Anatol Buy new: $22.49 / Used from: $16.00 With unbelievable sets and crazy Erte costumes. Bebe Daniels wears something that looks like a big glittery octopus. Silent.
	Beyond the Rocks Buy new: $29.95 / Used from: $20.42 Another glamourous silent starring Gloria Swanson with the "Sheik", Rudolph Valentino. Beautiful, could've been better considering, but lovely to watch.
	Shanghai Gesture Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $8.81 Not as good as Gene Tierney's famous LAURA but a lot of decadent 1940's fun. Beautiful gowns, a young and hot Victor Mature, plus Ona Munson wearing weird wigs that look like modern art/snakes.
	The Marriage Circle Buy used from: $16.18 It's got the "Lubitsch Touch". Social satire.
	Love Me Tonight Buy new: $26.99 / Used from: $18.00 I always liked Jeanette MacDonald with Maurice Chevalier more than her with Nelson Eddy for some reason. Directed by Rouben Mamoulian. Myrna Loy is here in a supporting role as Jeanette's flirty cousin.
	Libeled Lady Buy new: $17.99 / Used from: $3.33 I cannot praise this delightful film enough!! One of the best romantic comedies ever with a top-notch cast.
	The Women (Keepcase) Buy new: $13.49 / Used from: $6.26 You have to love those Adrian gowns. Starring MGM glamour queen Norma Shearer!
	Riptide [VHS] Buy used from: $34.95 I think Norma Shearer was the most glamourous of the pre-code actresses. This movie is a great one to start with. It was her last pre-code.
	Broadway Melody of 1936 [VHS] Buy used from: $4.25 This really is a good movie and very glamourous, and if a may say so, a masterpiece of movie esacpism. I used to be kind of obsessive about it (which i'm reealy embarassed about now) so I'm just goig to say that it's a nice sort of film that they don't make anymore, so check it out if you like.
	Merry Widow [VHS] Buy used from: $5.88 More fun with Maurice and Jeanette. One of the last pre-codes and a superb one!
