I really enjoyed this next book in the Twilight series. I loved how the book starts with Bella in jeopardy. I even liked the focus of the book on Jacob's story, which is how I characterize the book. I was a little frustrated that Bella seemed clueless much of the book, perhaps its just my mature mind wanted to shake some sense into her.

I was very aware that this was a teen book after reading this book.I was distracted by Jacob's book at the beginning as a result the other books were rushed.I wanted to focus more on the Bella and Edward and their love. I wanted more during the honeymoon. I think it could have been tastefully done instead of the "fade-to-black".I think it was a good ending to the series, I was hoping for great.

This was my first book by Elizabeth Hoyt. She made me a fan. Not too graphic but still very erotic. Well told story. Highly recommend.

I have now read all the books by Meghan Hart. This one is my favorite. Touching story told side-by-side with tales of lust and seduction. A keeper!

This was my least favorite of all of her books but still a nice weekend read.

I liked this book. I thought the story was rich in detail but weak in erotic situations. It was a better romance novel than a erotic novel.

This was my first book in the Sookie Stackhouse series. Although good...I watched the t.v. show first, True Blood. The differences between that and the book may have lessened my enjoyment as I prefer the show. But still a good tell about romance with a vampire. Nice change from the lighter Twilight series.

I typically don't like mini stories, but this book changed my mind. The first story read like an entire book. I was swept away with the characters at sea. The second and third story had some of the same characters. I would recommend it on the weight of the first 2 stories.

This was my first foray into the Dark Hunter series. I liked the romance and the story, but I am not a fan of the writer's style of writing. A lot of slang words such as "Holy Guacamole" which I can't even begin to guess what decade that's from. But if you can ignore some corny dialogue, it is a fun story.

I am still sticking with this series. I liked this one the best so far. It was heavy on the sex but it also had more romance then the previous 2. There was less of the really ridiculous dialogue that I felt was the downside of reading these books. We know in most stories there is going to be a happy ever after...but she lays in on a little too thick with EVERYTHING turning out alright.

I read this book out of order but really liked the story. It was very hot and steamy and you could feel the attraction between the 2 characters. I also like the underlining Spinner's Falls mystery and feel it adds the soldiers mystic. Great read!

This book is the best of the series. I loved the chemistry between Christopher and Maria and was drawn to how passionate the moments between them were. I read the 3rd book first so I knew how the story with her sister would end. I found that book less entertaining but see a more complete story since the sister's story starts in this volume.

This was a welcome relief after reading the last book. I liked the continuation of the story of the wolves. I especially liked how the ending was wrapped in an over sized bow. I found myself routing for the characters and how the heroine spent time thinking her love for the hero through.

This book which paired Tabitha with Valerius (tied to characters from book 2).One of the characters said in the aftermath of the climax of the story, “I’m not so sure we’re the ones that won this time around.” You felt that in this book. People died while others lives were altered forever. I felt this book moved past just an erotic romance novel and delved deeper into the Dark Hunter mythology.

Spoiler alert: It got convoluted in the end. Example: "If Grayson was alive to accuse you before you came back, then I must have brought him back in time to kill him after you left." Huh? Whatever. Sex scenes were hot. But unbelievable ending, but what else is new. The familiar theme of love and redemption is still there.

This was a difficult book to finish. I know SK was attempting to lay the history and foundation for the next series of books...but it took 107 pages before this book got to the story and became a little bit interesting. And then instead of hot, it was a low simmer. It was all too easy in the end and I barely cared that love conquered all. But the dream hunters just seems overly complicated.

I definitely though SK got back on track with this one. I wanted to like Xypher in Devil May Cry and now love him. After 2 dreadful Dream Hunter books before, I had really low hopes for this one. But I ended up liking the characters and was rooting for them. Again, quick ending with a big red bow, but that is what I have come to expect as well.

After reaching the pinnacle of the SK series with Acheron, I wasn't sure about the rest of the series. I liked OSN, even though it seems like a lifetime ago from the Fantasy Lover book I first read. We understand the characters, no more mystery. I loved hearing Stryker’s story and the now familiar set-up, him reuniting with his one true love. Some minor low points but still a good read.

SK gave just a little backstory of the characters which is my only criticism. Fang and Aimee were 2 characters that I have been rooting for ever since Vane's story was told. I thought there was enough of the attraction, romance and danger to root for true love. I thought the ending for the bear family was realistic and touching.
