BUY ONLY THE SPECIAL EXTENDED VERSIONS because they are so much better and longer than the regular ones. NEVER buy the full-screen versions! Color, letterbox.

1965 began the black-and-white Diana Rigg series which are best (see my reviews on any of them, '65 thru '67). The '66 season was also in B&W and in '67, they went to superb color.

A mediocre green blob from space traps The Doctor (Tom Baker) and several others in an old English lighthouse during a big fog. The little S.O.B. screams like a Banshee with strep-throat every time The Doctor zaps him! Color.
