I highly recommend all of Suzanna Del Vecchio's videos which can be found on her website. Unfortunatley, Vol. II is the only one listed on Amazon. Her series of videos are my all time top picks for strong, precise technique with clear explanations, which was a rarity at the time when they were produced.
