Burial is the dance counterpart to The Streets and they both make dub sound so good.

as good as any everything but the girl album. tracey showcases just what an important componant she is to that group. Out of The Woods has some great singles on it and this album came together very, very nicely. Springtime was a perfect fit for its release.

fixing your Kate Bush jones in 2007 is Anne Clark. She even kinda looks like her...

bringing the piano to the front was a very good and creative idea for pj harvey. dark, arresting and at times startling.

mos def released this right at the beginning of 2007 (literally). this unfortunately was another episode of the criminally underrated LP from a controversial and immensely talented artist.

air has grown sophisticated over the years and pocket symphony is the culmination. a densely layered and moving album this will have its fans and detractors.

apple ruined the hell out of "1234" for a reason, it's an infectious single. Easily the best of her two albums, most of my favorites are here.

this is the kind of album that was meant to be admired. "Ada" and "Santa Clara" (the itunes bonus track) are probably his two best songs.

2007 rivaled 1997 as one of the best years ever for electronic music. this Matthew Dear and a host of others on this list vouch for that.

She has such a dark yet giving and gentle energy. Late December is soulful pop for the 2000s.
