This is my favorite from Toko Kawai. A deeply emotional, expressive and touching story of pain, loss, salvation and love. Chiaki and Eiji are unforgettable. These 2 young men somehow finding light from their abyss of darkness is both uplifting and beautifully told. A jewel of a story. Do not miss this one. Rate: 5 stars.

Vol 2 is poignant and dark. The fate of Shiiba's colleague is stirring and unsettling. Fantastic characters development. The intense relationship betweeb Shiiba and Munechika reaches a new high. The sex here is not for everyone. Rate: 5 stars

The final volume and any Yaoi fan could not ask for more. The relationships between siblings and between lovers grip you with its intensity. Shiiba is at a crossroad as his emotional turmoil threaten to break or save him. The sinister Godou is one unforgettable villain. Munechika is definitely my favorite character in this spellbinding Yaoi. Rate: 5 stars

I have a wonderful time reading this whole series in one shot. This classic Yaoi is definitely a keeper! Vol 1 find the boys confused about their emotions for one another, love or lust. Disturbing revelations emerged. Rate: 5 stars

Ken leaves Ritsuro as it is the only way to heal his broken spirit. Fearing of being abandoned, Ritsuro succumbs to Kazuyoshi's (another interesting character's) seduction. Rate: 5 stars

A father's anger, distance.. but nothing could tear the lovers apart. This volume wraps up the story beautifully and being a sap I am most satisfied with the ending. So glad Deux has given us this emotionally driven and intense Yaoi classic. Rate: 5 stars

I love this one. Nase Yamato's artwork is adorable. Hardly any sex but this one does not need it to work. The plot is pure fun and refreshing, though some of the ghosts are pretty scarry looking. I love both characters here as this pair of childhood friends blossom into lovers. Rate: 5 stars.

The more light hearted sequel to You will fall in love and it is lovely if not better. The 2 guys here are very likable, their love story tender, sweet and warm, with fun moments. And Takanaga giving us 2 manly uke and seme is certainly refreshing. Rate: 5 stars

An entertaining sci-fi where 2 dead guys are stuck in a time warp, hanging in limbo between heaven or hell and earth. Nice characters where one is straight (at first of course) and the other gay. Things start to heat up when one wishes to save a dead friend, now that they have gone back in time. Rate: 5 stars

A refreshing and enjoyable story line as a sweet kid with 3 split personalities find himself with 3 different lovers. Fun interaction among the 3 personalities popping in and out of the same person. A well done comedy when you get over the uncomfortable thought of the sexual implication. Like the artwork too. Rate: 5 stars

Engaging, light hearted and heartwarming BL with nice plot and colorful characters. It all started when Shu declared himself married to Taiga's sister and together with his adopted son moved in with Taiga's family of 4 younger brothers. All 6 guys are a colorful bunch, their interaction well done. Of course Taiga and Shu has their own bitter past. Rate : 5 stars

I find this story not the usual and enjoy it. A very slutty uke here and a seme who thinks the only way to have this uke's heart permanently is to let the uke sleeps with other men (for the last time, hopefully). But is the seme that generous ? What if the uke changes his mind ? Rate : 5 stars

Sweet and gentle story between cute androids and their masters. Do androids love and what happen if they have to be reprogrammed ? Do they now forget they have once loved their masters? Is the master willing to take back his reprogrammed android who may have forgotten him ? Rate: 5 stars ( I have a thing for robots/human romances. LOL)

A collection of 4 loosely connected stories. The main one on a CEO and a florist is lovely. So is the romance between the CEO's assistant and a much older writer. Some readers may be uncomfortable with the story on a teacher and a 13 years old boy though there is no sex involved. Like this mangaka's artwork. Rate: 4.5 stars

The main student-sensei romance is typical but enjoyable. More light hearted than Toko Kawai's Just around the corner and of course not as stirring. But the characters are credible. The second shorter story of 2 childhood friends discovering one another years later is pretty good too, one a cop and the other a delinquent turned ramen shop helper. Great artwork. Rate: 4.5 stars.

I enjoy this mangaka's artwork but cannot say the same for the main story here, which will continue in another 2 books. Maybe I will change my mind later. My issue is with the teacher's character. I prefer the 2nd one shot story on a florist and his landlord who is allergic to flowers, which is sweet and romantic. Rate: 4 stars

A funy, sexy and smutty one on a student and his incubus. Not much plot in this Vol 1 but hilarious and entertaining and of course all the sex! Rate: 4 stars

By the mangaka of Waru, this one has the same whacky humour as one gorgeous Prince persistently pursue an intelligent nerd. Some of the scenes are hilarious. Enjoyable but not as good as Waru. Rate : 4 stars

A nice story of the model world with lots of sexy men but the sex is not explicit enough for this kind of story. Vol 2 deals with our uke with a huge brotherly complex much to the chagrin of his seme. Not enough angst but maybe I am expecting too much. Lovely artwork from this mangaka as usual. Rate:4 stars

2 couples here. The main romance between the older undergraduate student and his seme is OK but typical. It is the second romance between 2 teachers who have been together for 15 years which I find enjoyable and convincing. Rate: 4 stars
