![]() | CIA Video 9701: Step Workout
Buy used from: $9.50 My mom is a Step instructor and had this old video in the closet. It is clearly a little dated, but the workout is great.

![]() | Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo Cardio
Buy new: $14.49 / Used from: $4.99 This workout is not bad. I try to make it a little harder by doing some of the moves at higher impact (adding extra steps or hops).
|
![]() | Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo Flex
Buy used from: $2.74 This came as part of a set. It is just OK, but it is something different to throw in once in a while. I also try to come up with my own variations to make it a little tougher, because it really isn't very hard.
|
![]() | Taebo Flex Express - Billy Banks
Buy used from: $0.45 This was also part of a set. I only do this if I am extremely short on time or am pairing it with another workout. There are other short workouts that I feel like I get more out of.

![]() | Billy Blanks: Tae Bo Boot Camp Box Set
Buy used from: $39.95 This is a great set! The one I got came with free Billy Bands, but any resistance band would work. You could probably even modify it to use hand weights. The basic training is a lot tougher than I was expecting. The advanced is not necessarily harder, but some of the moves are more complicated. The ab workout had a decent variety of moves; my abs were definately sore after the 35 minutes.

![]() | The Biggest Winner - How to Win by Losing: Cardio Kickbox (Aerobic Combo Workout, Nutrition)
Buy used from: $19.85 This is a good workout, but the actual workout part is only about 25 minutes long. If I want a longer workout, I go through it twice or do something else in addition to it.
|
![]() | The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max
Buy new: $8.49 / Used from: $6.93 I was pleasantly surprised at this workout. I began by doing the entire 50 minutes because I do not consider myself a beginner. I thought the level one workout was actually the hardest. This one leaves me sweating, even when I do not have time to do all the sessions.

![]() | Janis Saffell Beverly Hills Pilates
Buy used from: $1.96 I think this DVD is okay. I enjoy doing pilates once in a while, but still like to be wroking at it. I do this more to relax than to get a workout.

![]() | Michelle Dozois: Your Body Breakthru - Your Best Body Circuit, Includes Free Resistance Band!
Buy new: $17.99 / Used from: $7.65 I just got this, and I LOVE it! The hour went by so quickly. I have been doing aerobics-type workouts for over ten years, and she had variations of moves that I have never done. The 35-minute express workout is also good for those mornings where I don't have much time. This will probably become a new favorite.
|
![]() | Ready Step Go with Kelly Coffey-Meyer
Buy new: $17.99 / Used from: $9.99 This was a good step routine. It might take a few times to get it all down, but is definately do-able for experienced steppers. The moves were interesting, and I like that there is a lot of variation.
|
![]() | Cathe Friedrich's Vol. 1 Intensity Series: Imax 2 and Cardio & Weights DVD
Buy new: $41.95 / Used from: $35.99 These workouts are tough! The Imax was one of the harder ones I have done on a DVD, but it went by fast. There are 10 short circuits with a simple step routine then a cardio "blast." The Cardio and Weights was a good mix of step and sculpting.
|
![]() | Shape: Bikini Body Camp Transforming Workout
Buy used from: $13.95 This is a pretty good DVD. When I am crunched for time, I do one segment. I do two when I can. Each one is thirty minutes long.
|
![]() | Women's Health: Perfect Body Workout
Buy new: $14.98 / Used from: $8.98 This is a pretty tough workout. The strength portion is probably better than the cardio, but doing them both can really get your heart rate up. I will say, I was a little skeptical of the cardio moves when I started doing them, but they did get me sweating. The bonus yoga-stretch is nice and relaxing.
|
![]() | Cardio Balance Ball
Buy used from: $34.50 This video is a good way to use a balance ball. I would consider it medium in difficulty, but it is a nice change of pace. It is more toning and strenghth than cardio.
