Just listen to Hendrix waaaing it out on Come On part 1, Still Raining Still Dreaming, and Burning of the Midnight Lamp and you have the greatest rock album of all time. House Burning Down is probably his greatest with the spacey sound effects the mix studio was doing with the guitar feedback. This is what I call acid rock!

The entire opening of Close to the Edge just blows me away with the raunchy guitar solos, just makes me want to crank it up every time I hear. These guys prove they're prog rockers, the organ section of I get up I get down just vibrates through my heart like I'm seeing them live and you only need this album to experience the real Yes, not The Yes Album, Close to the Edge. Get it now!

This is by far the best Santana rock album ever made! When Neal Schon joined the band, they proved an edgier sound to their Rock & Roll, (which grunge artists like to copy) and they were the top band of the 1970's which made Aerosmith and Van Halen form. Listen to the dirty guitar solo in Jungle Strut and tell me where they got their sound!

This is probably Santana's solid gold classic right here! It does rock hard, but it show's their best work right after they performed at woodstock. And of course everyone knows Black Magic Woman and Oye Como Va. But who cares? You just gotta listen to the whole album. Buy it. Period.

The best live album in the whole wide world! Even though people say it's part live and part studio, I don't care. This is probably the Santana band's greatest achievement. Soul Sacrifice has the best extended drum solo and Santana rocks away on El Morocco, Toussaint L' Overture, She's Not There, Europa, aw this is good stuff right here. There's a pretty good bass solo on Zulu, so check it out.

Led Boots just rocks the whole stereo, the bass, the guitar, the organ. Everything. You may call this powermetal, but it's Jazz Fusion Rock & Roll as a whole! Come Dancing, Head For Backstage Pass, have really great bass work. Jeff Beck's best album.

The entire Thick as a Brick compilation is amazing, just mind blowing. This is the Tull's finest masterpiece right here and it doesn't get any better than this.

It seems like a feeling of Deja Vu with International Feel, but Todd Rundgren wrote produced and composed this whole rock performance as the best rock album of '73! Best tracks: Is it My Name?, Sometimes I don't Know What to Feel, Zen Archer, and I'm so Proud Medley.

Mountain Jam is just one magnificent psychedelic rocking performance the Allman Brothers did at the Fillmore East. A true rock classic, even though Dwayne wasn't alive for this one.

Steve Miller Band is one of my favorite blues, psychedelic rock bands of all time. Fly Like an Eagle, Take the Money and Run, and Jungle Love are his best.

Aerosmith's best album. And of course the title track blows.
