I would get 3-6 of these in all sizes. They are terrific for protecting the changing pad, cribs, co-sleeper, etc. I used to keep the smallest size in a pack of diapers and wipes for on the go changes.

I would get 5 crib sheets, some flannel, some t-shirt fabric, and some cute ones that match your bedding.
5 might seem like a lot, but in reality it won't be enough. There will be at least one foggy night when you can't find a clean sheet.

This and the Papasan chair both seem comfortable and sweet. Remember less is more when it comes to baby items. You do not need music and toys, etc. I also don't find swing necessary. You certainly don't need a swing AND a bouncer.

This is the best diaper system. It doesn't require the addition purchase of bags- any trash bag will work. And like all receptacles one uses to store human waste it WILL smell bad after a while.
I really reccomend tossing the stinky diapers in to a grocery store bag and then into your regular trash. As long as it is removed every few days it won't smell at all.

Any umbrella stroller would be fine. I usually reccomend an umbrella stroller and a "modified" or "lightweight" like the Trendsport Lite. Amazon doesn't sell it, but Babies R Us does. Travel systems are heavy, bulky, and don't provide anything these other lighter strollers don't. You'll spend less too.
