Buy new: $15.95 A must have for all your lenses, I always keep a UV filter on all my lenses at all times. Its better to break a $6 piece of glass than a $600 lens. Get Hoya if you want to have a nicer filter thats super clear but honestly the Tiffen is a great filter for the price.

 | Tiffen 67mm Circular Polarizer
Buy new: $51.95 A must have for anyone who wants to take pictures outdoors, a C-PL will greatly accent contrast in the scene without changing exposure much, the amount in negligible. Just mind that using a C-PL filter on a very wide angle lens tens to vignette the final pictures because C-PL filters tend to be a bit thick and extend slightly past the field of view on some wide angles.
