Ghost in the Shell; 2nd season. I was not as impressed with this series as I was with the first. The "Individual Eleven" plot just didn't excite me and I hope the focus on terrorism wasn't supposed to coincide with the current American political issues? There were many similarities like the suicide bombings, nuclear dirty bombs? Etc. It came off as a little "forced".

I don't even know what to say. This was such deep anime. A lot more focus on emotion and struggle. Not cyberpunk

Cry, cry, weep. I can't write a short review. This brought out so much emotion more me. I took it a little bit too seriously. Loved this anime. My favorite of all time, along with broken saints.

Yes, it will be boring to some. The story is dense and complex if you can stay awake through it.

I wasn't that big of fan of this one. I am not really a fan of "big baron" airplane fighter movies so that explains it. Besides that, it was decent. Too much love story, kind of cartoony. Review = C+

I have only watched this DVD. The action is ok and a little forced. All of the sudden they are talking and then people start shooting at you. I was expecting a bit more. Also, the punk, fighter girl is not nearly as interesting as Motoko from Ghost in the Shell.

Awesome. Good 3D action. I wasn't familiar with the anime and have only seen this movie, but it is pretty action packed. The dialog didn't do it for me, though.

This one was subpar. it had a lot of sword, gore action but the story was so weak and there it is too gritty for me

Most anime films don't go into "real" subjects but this one did and it works. Especially looking at issues of poverty. I liked it. Don't expect giant teddy bears with machine gun hands. Expect baby orphans, poverty and sadness.

I haven't seen any of the series and the movie was still good. I had a general idea on what was going on before-hand. Good action, deep story; you will enjoy

This didn't do it for me. I like stories on depressed kids and magic powers and what-not. But I didn't get into this series.

Freaking awesome. Blood, gore, sex, death, punk, adult, modern. It is better to get a boxed set as opposed to getting a DVD, one by one.

This one hit me pretty hard. I won't lie if I said I got a little teary-eyed towards the end. This is one of the best and should be moved up higher in my list. This set is one that you wish would never end. Amazing.

Airy, unrealistic steampunk scenario. Boy is beat up on and trying to make stuff happen and finally does and a lot of stuff blows up. It was good, kind of goes nuts towards the end.
