amazing. simply amazing. this japanese translation was a truly fast paced, explosive and gripping novels i have ever read. hidden behind the over-violence is a study of the human nature reminiscent of lord of the flies. anyone who loves intrigue, active psychology, or just people killing each other in violent and imaginative ways will iove this novel.

note: i am recommending the aordinary edition, not the deluxe. a beautifully crafted book, with an intricate world and an incredible story. truly leads you along and keeps the pages turning. full of magic and battles, a fantasy novel that anyone with any real affinity to the genre will love.
