A clever thriller about a man with short-term memory loss told backwards. For sure a thinking man's movie, so only see it if you're in that attentive mood.

Okay now, I know what you're thinking: It's a western. But along with that spectacular score, who can deny the dramatic effect of the final showdown? A rare emotional weight for a spagetti western.

Great crime/mystery flick with Kevin Spacey. Plenty of puzzle pieces out of place to keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end (which is one of the best surprises in cinematic history).

Yet another great Spacey flick. This one's hard to describe genre-wise, but it's emotionally gripping, mysteriously engaging, and cleverly written. Definitely a refreshing view.

For anyone who enjoys silent films, this (although sometimes marketed as horror) is a pretty impressive and even touching drama, featuring Conrad Veidt in one of his finest roles.

I'm not sure why I liked this, but there's something about both Marua Tierney and Adrian Brody that's captivating. Decent psychological-style thriller.
