Based on certain people who died and are forced to play a "game" to regain their lives only to be forced to play again. I tried not to go too in depth as to not ruin any elements of the story but check this out, its truly amazing

Buy used from: $84.80 I love this movie! It is the most heartfelt and depressing film i have seen in anime. Shinkai is a master of presenting true emotion. The other sad part is I didn't realize this was discontinued.

A philosophical journey hard to dissect is the only way i can describe this. I'll go into more detail later

Based around most japanese lore, this can be slightly overwhelming if you are not familiar since there is a lot of dialogue about it. Offers a strong story
