Buy used from: $9.49 One of four films Grant made with Hitchcock. Only Cary Grant could have pulled off this role. The wit, the charm, the theatrics, the running through a cornfield being chased by a crop-duster--brilliant.

Buy new: $12.97 / Used from: $5.99 Grant with the delicious Myrna Loy and the nubile teenage Shirley Temple. The best scene has Cary playing the 40's version of a hip teenager. "I don't dig you chick!" You have to see the movie to get it but I promise you'll laugh out loud.

Buy used from: $32.58 Another Hitchcock, this one exploring the dark side of the Grant persona. He plays somewhat of a rat in this one. But we still love him and root for him. A great film, one of Hitchcock's many masterpieces.

Buy new: $17.49 / Used from: $6.00 With Irene Dunne this time. Cary's wife shows up 7 years after being presumed dead in a kind of "Cast Away" type deal. Some great physical humor by Grant in this one, a reminder that he started his career as an acrobat.

Buy new: $17.49 / Used from: $8.50 In Frank Capra's whimsical film version of the Broadway hit, Grant pulls off some of his funniest moments. There is also some wonderful acting by the supporting cast--particularly Josephine Hull and Jean Adair as his crazy but lovable aunts.

Buy new: $14.49 / Used from: $9.34 I was torn here. Why not "The Philadelphia Story"? Why not "The Awful Truth" or "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House"? All excellent choices. But every time "Father Goose" shows up on cable, I have to sit down and watch every minute of it. He was 60 and he still had it.
