![]() | Peel Session by Meat Beat Manifesto
Buy new: $29.98 / Used from: $1.95 short ep (4 songs) but this is a case of quality over quantity... "soul driver" is one of Meat Beat's best tracks, plus this has my favorite version of "radio babylon"- with a few words from jack that are absent in the other mixes.
|
![]() | Actual Sounds + Voices by Meat Beat Manifesto
Buy used from: $0.99 this is the most psychedelic Meat Beat album (in my opinion). very weird... gives me those chills that you can't help but grin about. "3 floors above you", "Lets have fun", "Acid again", "Oblivion/humans", "Where are you?/enuff", "Hail the bopp" and "Funny feeling".
the "Acid again" remixes are good too.

![]() | Satyricon by Meat Beat Manifesto

Has some great tracks, "Mindstream", "Your Mind belongs to the State", "Original Control", "Edge of No Control" parts 1 & 2, "Brainwashed this way/Zombie/That shirt", "Euthanasia", and "Placebo". full of samples. Jack's lyrics are thought provoking.
|
![]() | Storm the Studio by Meat Beat Manifesto
Buy used from: $5.95 Their intended first album was lost in a studio fire, this is an ep of remixes from four songs off the lost album. i love this album... "God O.D." and "Re-Animator pt.1" are sooo good. Meat Beat tried to recreate their debut album resulting in "Armed Audio Warfare"... which is good but after groovin to "Storm the Studio" for so long i prefer it over "AAW"

|
![]() | Loudness Clarifies/Electronic Music from Tapelab by Jack Dangers
Buy new: $18.98 / Used from: $8.50 Amazing- you'll be blown away by this. a relentless attack on your senses. almost every track is note worthy on "Loudness clarifies". "Electronic music from tapelab" is very abstract... not really songs... more like collection of strange sounds, i didn't understand it until my friend and i listened to it on itunes with the visualizer as accompaniment. very interesting.

Buy new: $15.98 / Used from: $44.08 their last album, they've definitely evolved, i prefer their first two but this one's growing on me, it has a more digital feel to it where as the previous releases sound a little more natural, i love "Levitation Nation","The Stamen of the Shaman", and "Linguistic Mystic".
|
